- Your order will ship out within 2 business days of receipt and we ship 5 day air all over the country.
- Some items may be on backorder which will delay shipping.
- Cosmetics are shipped separately from Clothing items. There is no fee for shipping cosmetics.
- All domestic packages are tracked to their final destination and we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once the item being tracked shows as delivered. If you are concerned about having packages left at the door etc., please provide a shipping address (such as a work address or family member’s address) where someone can accept the package at the time of delivery.
- All cases of Mail Fraud will be reported to the Postal Inspector.
- We offer International shipping which usually arrives in 3-5 day from the date of the order depending on the destination.
- Phone numbers are required for International shipments.
- International orders may be charged additional taxes, duties or customs in the destination country. It is not the responsibility of Roya Collection to pay these charges so we recommend checking with your local postal carrier to see if you will incur charges before ordering.
- There are no returns/refunds on International orders.
- All returns require a return authorization from our customer service team. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Merchandise must be returned to us within 14 days from receipt. Example If you receive it on the 1st, the latest we can receive it is the 14th. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Please note original shipping charges are Not Refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges.
- Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages. Please keep tracking details for your records.
- Returns must be shipped back and CAN NOT be dropped off at our offices.
- Faulty returns: Damaged items ( after being used ) are not eligible for a refund. Replacement is accepted for the same price or above or eligible to receive a coupon code for the same amount. The coupon code is valid for 6 months.
